Product Information

We're committed to make our famous products from materials that are both ethically sourced and preserve a unique cultural and artistic legacy for the next generation.

Each piece is made using sustainable stainless steel. Our Gold pieces has an 18K gold-plating. Each being water-resistant, however for the longevity of the cuff, we recommend avoiding water contact.

Each of our bracelets were designed to fit all sizes of wrists.

For a tighter fit, we recommend bringing the ends of the cuffs closer together with a little force. For a looser fit, we recommend pulling the ends of the cuffs apart with a little force.

Your piece will not require much work.

To maintain the correct curved shape of the bracelets, excessive bending or pulling is not recommended unless you are to put/take off the bracelet.

We do also sell a cleaning cloth for when you want to polish up your cuff for any special outings or occasions.

All of our personalised jewelry are engraved using the latest laser engraving technology. The engraving color can vary slightly depending on the jewelry of your choice. The engraving on our shiny jewelry will be more of a dark grey/black & engraving on our matte black variant will be a white/light grey.

Order

We send out an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. You can contact us through our contact page! Undeliverable orders due to customer or address error will require reshipment. If this happens, we want to make sure you receive your order. You will need to cover the cost of the second shipping attempt. You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.

We offer "Priority Processing" as an addon, we guarantee your order will dispatch within 24 hours but aim to do this within 12 hours depending on demand.

If we make a mistake on your order with the engraving or wrong product, we will do everything possible to correct this. You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.

If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit or is stuck in customs. You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.

If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels (unless you purchased shipping insurance for your order).

YES! We ship to most countries in the world. Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 7-14 business days to arrive after your order is processed.

Returns & Replacements

If we make a mistake on your order with the engraving or wrong product, we will do everything possible to correct this. You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.

We are really sorry that we didn't meet your expectations! We do not issue refunds if there is no mistake on our end, as the product cannot be returned due to its customized nature. However, if we have done any mistake in terms of your engraving or color choice we will be happy to make up our mistake and resend the correct order to you.
