It’s important to us that our pieces last you well, so we engrave onto 100% stainless steel. If you order a gold or rose gold piece, it’ll be plated in 18k gold. It’s water resistant, sustainable and long-lasting, so it’s good for you and the planet - smiles all round!
Each of our bracelets are designed to fit everyone.
For a tighter fit, gently squeeze the cuff closed around the wrist. For a looser fit, carefully pull the cuff wider before putting it on. If you have any issues with the fit of your bracelet, then get in touch!
Stainless steel is hard-wearing and low-maintenance, so your piece won’t need too much TLC.
The engraving on our shiny jewelry is a dark grey/black. The engraving on our matte black variant will be a white/light grey. These differences are caused by the platings on your choice of jewellery.
We’ll send you confirmation of your order shortly after you place your order. If you did not receive this, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible that the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. We offer a ‘Priority Processing’ option, which guarantees that your order will dispatch within 24 hours. We aim to ship Priority orders within 12 hours, depending on demand.

If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit or is stuck in customs. You can contact us through our contact page, and we’ll get to the bottom of things.
If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page, we are not liable for missing parcels (unless you purchased shipping insurance for your order). In this case, you’ll need to contact your shipping provider directly.
We know that sometimes you’ll need your order on short notice, so we have two options for shipping:
- Standard Shipping (2 - 4 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1 - 2 business days)
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our customers usually love their pieces, but we know that on some occasions this isn’t the case. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds if there is no mistake on our end, as the product cannot be returned due to its customisation. However, if we’ve made a mistake then please do get in touch with us and we’ll put it right.
